Hotelogix-powered digitization results in 2X increase in revenue for Rosastays Group

India's Rosastays Group has seen a 2X increase in revenue with its multi-property management system, according to Hotelogix, a leading provider of enterprise-grade cloud-based hotel property management systems. The business association was established in 2019, and as of right now, Hotelogix is being used by 13 of the group's properties. By 2023, the portfolio of Rosastays, a fresh and forward-thinking hospitality brand, will include 13 properties. It gives visitors access to a range of carefully chosen hotels and upscale lifestyle experiences. It has received outstanding customer reviews on renowned hotel booking and review sites. Prior to implementing Hotelogix, management tried managing operations manually but quickly realized that it was impeding their ability to effectively manage the group. Additionally, they couldn't guarantee real-time online distribution and couldn't produce more without the right solution.

Speaking about their decision to adopt cloud and digitize their operations with Hotelogix, Manish Yadav, Senior Manager, Sales and Area Operation at Rosastays, said, “Back in 2019, we started looking for a cloud-based Hotel PMS with multi-property management capabilities as we had a clear vision for rapid growth. We now have 13 properties, and thanks to Hotelogix for enabling us with centralized control over group operations". Hotelogix has also enabled the group to manage reservations and access in-depth reports and guest history centrally, which allowed the revenue team to make the right decisions at the corporate level. The real-time availability of inventory across all sales channels, offline and online, helped maximize revenue opportunities.

Expressing his views on the benefits seen with Hotelogix as a technology partner, Manish further said, “Real-time availability due to centralization and two-way integration between Hotelogix and Channel Manager and Booking Engine gets us more bookings via OTAs and our brand website. This has resulted in about a 2X increase in occupancy and revenue in 2023 vs. 2022".
