Hiranandani launches 'Energy Smart' - Five Year Plan to address Environmental Crisis

Prominent real estate brand House of Hiranandani is pleased to announce the debut of 'Energy Smart,' the third pillar of its expansive Tomorrow Matters campaign. The practical answer to the worsening environmental disaster is this five-year effort named as “Energy Smart," which concentrates on the use of renewable energy sources.

House of Hiranandani pledges to install solar panels on all of its projects in order to generate 70 million kWh of renewable energy as part of the "Energy Smart" initiative. Common areas will be lit using solar power generated.

In order to drastically reduce reliance on fossil fuels and guarantee people save a large amount of money on power, the program also incorporates EV charging stations into its designs.

The 5-year plan also calls for collaborating with non-governmental organizations to develop and fortify solar power infrastructure in Maharashtra's tiny villages.

House of Hiranandani has released an interesting film with a young couple in a house to promote their effort. Abruptly, the voice of "Sunny," a sun-personified artwork on the wall, interrupts and makes a lighthearted plea for them to switch off the lights, stressing the value of saving electricity. The film teaches viewers how to save electricity in an innovative way.

In recent years, India has made its name as a third position globally in terms of renewable energy production. As part of its approach, the country aims to achieve Net Zero Emissions by the year 2070 and fulfill 50% of its energy needs from renewable sources by 2030. Short-term goals include reaching 500 GW of renewable capacity.
