Southern India will host the first Spark by Hilton hotels mainly in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Hilton has signed a licensing agreement with Olive by Embassy to grow its Spark by Hilton brand in India.

At the signing ceremony key leaders from both companies were present. Kahraman Yigit, Co-Founder & CEO of Olive by Embassy Shruti Gandhi Buckley, Global Head of Hampton and Spark Brand Management at Hilton, Jitu Virwani - Chairman and Managing Director of Embassy Group and Alan Watts President of Hilton Asia Pacific were all in attendance.
Hilton announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Olive by Embassy to bring 150 Spark by Hilton hotels to India. This will be the brand's first expansion into the Asia Pacific region. The first Spark by Hilton hotels will be located in Southern India, specifically in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
The average price per key for these hotels will range between Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 6,000, varying by market.
The agreement builds on Hilton’s current partnership with The Embassy Group, which owns Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. This collaboration highlights Hilton’s commitment to growing in South Asia and bringing a new premium economy brand to meet the needs of India’s booming hospitality market.
