Gurugram Police files Case against Realtor for Theft & Trespassing at Manesar Site

Gurugram police have booked employees and bouncers of a real estate company for their alleged involvement in trespassing, theft, and the illegal confiscation of construction materials from another company’s project in Manesar, officials reported on Monday.

The complaint was filed by Dhirendra Dadwal, Director of Prominent Enterprises, which had constructed a boundary wall for their Swastik Green project in Manesar.

According to Dadwal, on January 29, employees from Vatika Group (Bayani Developers) arrived with a team and began demolishing their property.

“They demolished our 200-foot boundary wall. When we tried to ask why they were doing this, Deepak, Surender Joshi, Jagmohan Gulia, along with 100 bouncers and security guards, verbally abused our staff and threatened to harm them using their equipment,” Dadwal said in the complaint.

He further mentioned that after the demolition, the accused took construction materials from the site.

Based on Dadwal's complaint, an FIR was registered at the IMT, Manesar police station under sections 329 (3) (criminal trespass), 303 (2) (theft), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation), and 3 (5) (common intention) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.

Authorities are working to gather more evidence and identify all those involved in the incident. The police are committed to ensuring that justice is served, and further legal action will be pursued based on the investigation’s outcome. Legal proceedings are expected to continue as they work to resolve the case.
