GS of Trust Shares the First Look of Ram Mandir

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra on Monday decided to complete construction work of first floor of the temple by December 31 this year. Along with the ground floor of the Ram temple,the first floor is also likely to be inaugurated on January 22, next year when Pran Pratishtha (consecration) of Lord Ram will take place at the temple’s sanctum-sanctorum in Ayodhya.

The chairman of Ram Mandir Committee, Nripendra Misra presided over the meeting and reviewed the progress of the construction work. During the meeting the committee who was assigned for the construction work assured the chairman that, construction work of ground floor will be completed by December 31. They also gave assurance saying, the first floor of the temple will also be ready for inauguration by the same date. 

 

One of the members of the trust, Anil Mishra, told media, “The ground floor will be ready by December 31. We are also trying to complete the first floor and make it ready for inauguration.” he also added that, the toilet complex will also be ready by that time.

Recently, the trust shared the first photo of the progress of the construction work of the first floor. The general secretary of the trust, Champat Rai shared photos of garbha griha of the temple. The shared photo is depicting the truly beautiful craftsmanship and engineering marvel of the workers and engineers who are attached to this noble project.

In the consecration ceremony (Pran Pratistha), the idol of Ram Lalla will be placed in the sanctum-sanctorum of the newly built Ram temple and thereafter it will be opened for devotees. The trust's commitment to transparency is evident in the meticulous documentation of each phase of the construction, providing stakeholders and the public with a transparent view of the ongoing developments.

Champaran Rai told media, "At Ram Janambhoomi temple, a 4'3'' idol depicting the 5-year-old child form of Lord Ram is being constructed at three locations in Ayodhya. Three artisans are building the idol on three different pieces of stone, and one of the idols will be accepted by the Lord. These idols are 90 percent ready, and the finishing work will take about a week to be done.”

The invitation cards for the consecration ceremony have been sent out to over 7,000 guests, including 3,000 VVIPs including priests, donors and several politicians. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the inauguration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22. He will perform the rituals in sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Temple at around 12.15 pm during the pran-pratishtha.

The trust also shared that, several tent cities will be developed to accomodate more than thousand visitors and Devotees of lord Rama who will attend the inauguration ceremony.
