India's most trustworthy shared electric mobility player & solutions provider, GreenCell Mobility announces that the company has been selected as a partner by the Uttar Pradesh Urban Transport Directorate. By this, GreenCell Mobility inks a deal to install 150 intra city buses for the momentous Ram Mandir consecration ceremony in Ayodhya.
These intra city buses will mark a key role in presenting intra-city transportation services for two million devotees approximately in the surrounded of Ayodhya from midlle of January to the end of February, including the day of consecration ceremony, January 22.
Overall the 150 electric buses are anticipated to put up over 25 million devotees visiting Ayodhya until the month of March 2024.
The deployment of intra-city buses for the country’s significant event showcases the massive shift towards environment & public friendly transportation. The usage of these Electric buses for intra-city transportation is expected to save more than 600 tonnes of tailpipe emissions per month.
