Godrej Properties sells homes worth Rs. 2,600cr in Gurugram' s Godrej Aristocrat

Emphasis on Godrej Properties Ltd, shares will increase from the real estate developer's announcement that it has sold inventory in its project, Godrej Aristocrat, situated in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, for over Rs. 2,600 crore. According to Godrej Properties, the project, Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida, surpassed the previous best-ever launch worth over Rs. 2,000 crore last quarter making it the most successful launch ever in terms of the value of sales achieved.

Godrej Properties says in a filing to the BSE that the Golf Course Extension Road is a well-known residential area in Gurugram that offers access to first-rate social infrastructure and is close to well-known businesses on Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Golf Course Road.

Furthermore, to being close to the planned metro corridor, which will enhance connectivity throughout the Gurugram metropolitan area, the area has good connectivity to important retail, medical, and educational infrastructure.
