Godrej Properties has stepped in Koregaon Park of Pune city to build luxurious housing project worth Rs.1000 crore.

The real estate arm of Godrej Group, as Godrej properties has secured the ownership of nearly 4 Acres of land near Koregaon Park in the heart of the commercial hubs of Pune City. Thus, Godrej Group is braising their hands in the real estate business with a view to make hefty profit.

The company has penned a deal of nearly 7.5 lakh of buildable land by outright purchase and joint development agreements with the owners which will fetch Rs.1000 cr to them. One of pioneer members of Godrej Properties MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey has exclaimed with delight, “We are happy to acquire this land parcel in one of the most premium locations in Pune. This will be our first luxury development in the city”.

The main focus of this luxurious housing project will be in four major cities, i.e., Delhi NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and Bengaluru. Post covid-19 situation, when properties are high in demand, Godrej Properties has grabbed this opportunity to the fullest to make their mark in the real estate business.
