The shares of Godrej Properties have gain up to 1.51 % to hit within-a-day high of Rs. 3193.95 shares on Wednesday on October 16, 2024.

The spring-up in Godrej Properties price came after the company has announces that it has become visible as the highest bidder to develop a group housing project at magnificent location in Sector 5-A in Kharghar.

As per the Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, “Our entry into the Kharghar micro-market aligns well with our strategy of strengthening our portfolio across the key real estate markets in India. According to a statement given by Godrej Properties, ’The 6.54 acre plot presents a major development chance with the potential to yield with approx. of 2 million square feet of premium residential in various configuarations.The total estimation of this project is to generate around Rs. 3,500 crore in revenue’’.
