Godrej Properties becomes 'Highest bidder' for Two major Land Parcels in Noida

Godrej Properties has partaken in an e-auction led by the Greater Noida Modern Industrial Authority (GNIDA) for residential housing plots, where GPL has arisen as the most noteworthy bidder for 2 land packages with a total joined bid worth of Rs.842 crore, as per the e-tendering gateway of SBI.

GNIDA will give the allotment letters in the wake of following the process of dues. The land parcels, which total 9.5 acres in Sector Sigma – III and 8 acres in Sector 12, are strategically situated in one of Greater Noida's most desirable areas.

Together, the land parcels will have a development potential of 3.75 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of more than Rs.5, 000 crore. These premium residential apartments will come in a variety of configurations.

In FY 23, Godrej Properties stowed two prime parcels of 6.2 sections of land each in area 146, Noida. The main venture, Godrej Tropical Isle, was launched effectively with a booking worth of over Rs.2, 050 crore and ended up being the greatest ever launch of GPL at that point.
