Excentia Infra launches first premium luxury Residential Project 'Excentia Tatva' in Dehradun

Prominent real estate developer  Excentia Infra has introduced Dehradun's first uber-luxury residential project 'Excentia Tatva' in the heart of Uttarakhand.The company is eyeing on to invest Rs.650crore for development of this premium project which already received the RERA Approval.

Excentia Tatva will be the first IGBC-certified gold-rated green residential complex in Dehradun, promoting sustainable living in a low AQI zone. The project is strategically located near key landmarks such as Max Super Speciality Hospital and the Taj Hotel.  

Spanning across 5 acres of land, Excentia Tatva will feature only 307 ultra-luxury units. Designed as a luxurious and eco-friendly residence, it is situated on Rajpur Road, an area known for its lush greenery and natural beauty.

The project aims to combine luxury and sustainability, setting a vision for the future of residential real estate. Tatva offers three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. to 4,600 sq. ft., with prices starting at approximately Rs. 2.9 crore.

The developer has come up with a bunch of classic and modern amenities which added extra point to this project.
