Eco Hotel and Resorts Limited is really affordabale in its budget and will be lucrative for the next upcoming financial year and has gained three properties around 178 keys.
The company which aims on hospitality , primarily focuses on developing the zero carbon footprint which is on its way to hit 400 room capacity by the end of this month ,according to one statement.
Vikram Joshi who is the CFO of Eco Hotels and Resorts said that they are determined to turn the company to its highest profit gain by the end of March 2026.
They want to transform the company into one of the leading companies of our country.
As per one of their official, in the very first of the functioning they set out the new standards in sustainable hospitality.
Eco hotels has revealed the investment of the three new properties which will include a 90 room property in Mysore ( Karnataka), a 44 room at Tirupati ( Andhra Pradesh) and an another a 44 room asset in Nagpur ( Maharashtra).
The company board has recently agreed in the investment of these properties for a longer period of time.
In the mean time the company has been focusing on finalizing deals for hotel properties at Shirdi which will have 60 rooms in Jodhpur which will have 72 rooms and in Nagpur, it will have 37 rooms.
Eco Hotel is basically an asset light company which concentrates on lease model.
One of the member of the company said that by the end of the month of October, the hotel capacity will cross 400 rooms and few properties will be across the cities due to extensive hardwork by the employers.
The main aim is to make this hotel business to expand in the entire India as the properties are already available in the states such as Rajasthan, kerala, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
Eco Hotels and Resorts are planning to have 5000 hotel rooms in next five years.
