DLF set to introduce Luxury residential project in Gurugram

A Listed real estate developer specialized in real estate investments, management and development, DLF is probably going to start construction on a high-end residential building in Gurugram's sector 76, which borders the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), The project is projected to bring in between Rs 8,000 crore and Rs. 10,000 crore.

After "The Arbour" earlier this year, the formal launch is anticipated to take place in January 2024 and is hailed as the DLF's most important residential launch to date. The project is anticipated to start with ultra-luxury homes priced between Rs. 17,000 and Rs 18,000 per square foot. One flat in the project is expected to cost between Rs. 7 and Rs. 8 crore, and it is anticipated that 1,100 premium residencies will be available. 

As part of an effort to expand its reach beyond its well-established luxury and super luxury properties along Gurugram's Golf Course Road, the project also marks DLF's first foray into the SPR region of Gurgaon.

This growth into the SPR region aligns with DLF's overarching goal of creating an integrated township in Gurugram that spans 120 acres. According to additional sources, the project would probably be named as ‘Privana South’ because it will be a component of the integrated township, and the entire environment will be called as Privana.
