Deepika Padukone's KA Enterprises books 1845 sq ft apartment worth Rs.17.8 crore in Mumbai

According to the documents accessed by Zapkey.com the Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone led firm KA Enterprises has recently acquired a 1845 sq ft apartment for Rs.17.8 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra West area.

Recently the actress and her husband  Ranvir Singh have welcomed their first baby earlier this month. The seller of the deal is Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP and the buyer is KA Enterprises LLP. 

Enorm Nagpal Realty developed the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, where the actress purchased an apartment. The apartments available in this society are 4 BHK and 5 BHK. Situated on the 15th floor, her apartment had a built-up area rate of Rs.96,400 per sq ft.

According to official documents related to the transaction revealed that stamp duty charges amounted up to nearly Rs.1.07 crore along with registration fees worth Rs.30,000 for finalizing this deal successfully between both parties involved here - Enorm Nagpal Realty & Actress who bought their dream home via them.

As per information from brokers in the area, Bandra's residential real estate market has a square foot rate ranging between Rs.50,000 to Rs.1.5 lakhs depending on location and property age. Areas such as Carter Road, Bandstand and Pali Hill have rates exceeding Rs.1 lakh per sq ft. The apartment block offers sizes of 4 and 5 BHK apartments spanning over an area of 3102 -8834 sq ft .

Previously, in a similar deal accessed by Zapkey.com Ranveer Singh's company RS Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt Ltd had leased the apartment located next door from his mother on September 5, 2024 at a rent of Rs.8.2 lakh per month. The security deposit of the deal was Rs.73.8 lakh. As per the leave and license agreement the authorized signatory is Ritika Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani.

Alongside, Ranveer Singh has signed a lease agreement for tenure of 55 months. The document reveals that there is a provision for rent escalation in the agreement which outlines an initial monthly rental amount of Rs.8.2 lakh for 33 months, followed by an increase to Rs.9.43 lakh per month over the subsequent 22-month period.

Earlier this September 5th, Anju Bhavnani, the mother of Ranveer, purchased an adjoining apartment for Rs.19.13 crore covering a total area of 1,822.45 sq ft. As per the registration document provided by Square Yards, the stamp duty incurred was Rs.95.68 lakh while a registration fee amounting to Rs.30,000 was also paid during the deal process.

According to a media reports, the famous Bollywood power couple has acquired yet another property - an exquisite quadruplex with sea views located on Bandra Bandstand in close proximity to Shah Rukh Khan's expansive residence, Mannat. This magnificent dwelling covers 11,266 square feet of interior area along with an extra terrace space spanning over 1,300 square feet and spans four floors (from level 16-19) within the building. The estimated worth of this opulent estate is said to be more than Rs.100 crore while earlier this year they had also purchased a splendid bungalow worth Rs.22 crore in Alibaug.
