D-Mart's Parent company Avenue Supermarts secures 52,000 sqft land in Mumbai

Avenue Supermarts Ltd, the parent organization of D’Mart general store chain, has bought a 52,000 sq ft land package in Chandivali, Andheri East in Mumbai for Rs.117 crore, records got to by CREMatrix showed.

The agreement price for the 52,765 sq ft land bargain is Rs. 117.25 crore and the stamp obligation paid by Road Supermarts Ltd is Rs. 7.03 crore

The arrangement was enlisted on May 6, 2024. The report showed that the modern structure on the plot at present remembers four units for the ground floor and four units situated on the main floor. An email has been sent to D’Mart. 

 

In September 2023, Avenue Supermarts Ltd, had bought three stories of retail space in a 31-story private structure in Kandivali West for Rs. 88.74 crore. In 2021, the Avenue Supermarts procured seven properties worth Rs. 400 crore as the corporate store set off on a property shopping glut during the Coronavirus pandemic. 

Established by Radhakishan Damani, Avenue Supermarts Ltd’s leader image DMart, opened its most popular general store offering home and individual items at cutthroat costs in Powai in 2002 and has extended to 333 areas in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Chhatisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Rajasthan.
