Inaugurating its first green field project in the Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone (AMTZ) in Visakhapatnam, the Bangalore-based Curated Living Solutions (CLSPL) is an alternative housing company under the Divyasree Group.
After two phases of construction totaling 500 beds, Phase I of the project has produced 250 beds constructed in 50,000 square feet over an acre of land. The above-mentioned lodging is meant for both students enrolled in AMTZ courses and staff members of businesses that operate out of AMTZ precincts. This housing complex, which is a component of the ancillary infrastructure, is currently the sole one on the AMTZ site. The facility is the result of a unique partnership in which CLSPL invested in and created the facility to run it, while AMTZ allocated the property on a lease-cum-sale basis.
Ivy League, the newest building on the AMTZ campus, aims to enhance the campus atmosphere by providing a distinctive fusion of cosiness, convenience, and community, fostering an atmosphere that promotes growth, collaboration, and well-being.
Recent acquisitions by CLSPL include a 766-bed dorm on the NSHM Academy campus in Durgapur, West Bengal. In the following five years, the company also intends to acquire at least 25,000 beds throughout India and grow to an operational size of 50,000 beds. It is now building a platform by funding USD 200 million to construct alternative housing assets in each of the three sub-verticals in order to facilitate this.
About 10,000 beds are operated by the Divyasree Group's alternative housing business, which is represented by its main firm, CLSPL, in co-living, student housing, and industrial housing sub-verticals throughout Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Dehradun, and Durgapur, India. DY Patil, Bajaj, Manipal Group, VNRVJIT, REVA University, and others are among its clientele.
