Concorde purchases 1.6-acre land parcel worth Rs.200 crore to build residential complex

Bengaluru based real estate developer Concorde Group has owned a 1.6-acre land parcel on the city’s Sarjapur Road to construct a premium high rise residential complex with a revenue potential of Rs.200 crore. The company announced that, the property consultancy Colliers India has facilitated the property.

The chairman of Concorde Group, Nesara B S said,“We are thrilled to bring another landmark development to Sarjapur Road. With the support of Colliers India, we were able to structure a deal that benefits both the landowners and our development goals.” 

 

The company has commented that, the residential project will constitute 2 and 3 BHK units, spread over a high-rise tower spanning 2.25 lakh square feet. The upcoming project of the company will feature modern design architecture ensuring efficient utilization of space. They have also installed smart and tech enabled elements, for enhanced security, energy conservation through home automation and sustainability elements that adheres to Concorde’s SMART philosophy.The project will also be adorned with Concorde’s signature clubhouse - Evolve.

Sarjapur Road offers excellent connectivity to major IT hubs like Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, and Koramangala. The region's infrastructure is expected to enhance significantly upon the completion of phases two and five of the Bengaluru Metro, as well as the planned 74 km Peripheral Road.
