Brigade Group's BuzzWorks enters into Hyderabad securing 25,000 Sqft office space

Bengaluru based real estate conglomerate Brigade Group’s flexible office space providing arm BuzzWorks has stepped into Nizam City Hyderabad with a 25,000-square feet space in Auro Orbit of Hitech City.

According to the media release of the company,the office space will consist of 416 desks, along with meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. Brigade Group is willing to expand their flexible office space to 1 million sq ft within next two years.

Bridgade Group started their new venture of flexible office spaces in 2019. Currently, the company is having a bank of flexible office spaces around 3 lakh square feet, spanning 5,000 desks across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kochi.  

The joint Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, Nirupa Shankar mentioned, “BuzzWorks aims to create 10,000 seats in its ready-to-move-in premium workspaces and custom-built managed offices across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.”

She also added, “Our first BuzzWorks center in HITEC City marks the ongoing emphasis on Hyderabad, as we look for compatible partners and appropriate land plots to broaden our presence in the area."

According to a statement by the company, the facility features an 'Urban Forest' concept and is situated on the 18th floor. It offers several conveniences including visitor management, wireless access control technology, as well as advanced energy management systems powered by AI-driven smart space tech. In addition to this new location in Bengaluru's WTC Annexe at Brigade Gateway in Malleswaram-Rajajinagar earlier this year BuzzWorks also launched another facility.

Brigade Group has delivered numerous superior quality projects across segments, including residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. It has completed more than 300 buildings amounting to over 90 million square feet of developed space.
