Brigade Group Leases out Office Space in Bengaluru

Prominent Realty Giant Brigade Enterprises said it has provided on lease 54,300 sq ft of office space in Bengaluru to Sidvin Core-Tech India Pvt Ltd. Brigade Group has already leased 54,300 square feet of Grade A office space at Brigade Deccan Heights in Northwest Bengaluru to Sidvin Core-Tech India Private Limited.Deccan Heights expands over 2.2 acres with a 4.3 lakh sq ft development area and  located in Yeshwanthpur on the Outer Ring Road in North-West Bengaluru.

Commenting on the deal, the joint managing director, Brigade Enterprises, Nirupa Shankar, mentioned,"The discussion around new commercial properties are now being influenced by sustainability and smart building designs and we have taken a forward-thinking approach by creating commercial buildings as a symbol of ecological design."

The company named Sidvin is associated with design engineering services and consulting solutions to oil and gas offshore industry had inked the leasing deal earlier.

The vice president-operations, Sidvin Core-Tech India,K.N. Karumbaiah opined,"The additional space at Brigade Deccan Heights will help us expand our engineering operations, strengthen our presence in Bengaluru."

Brigade Deccan Heights is designed as per NBC 2016 and Karnataka Fire Force norms. It also comes with a host of state-of-the-art amenities and technologies including a cafeteria, coffee shop, flex offices, ample parking for cars and bikes, landscaped gardens, 100 percent power backup, centralized air-condition, zero discharge facility, rainwater harvesting, STP and WTP provisions.
