Boutique Resort Stone Wood Hotels set to launch 6 High-end Hotels in 2025

In 2025, Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts plans to open six new locations. Three high-end resorts in Jawai, Tadoba, and Coorg are part of the expansion; they provide first-rate lodgings that expertly combine luxury and the natural world.

In terms of 2024 performance, the brand has achieved year-to-date occupancy of more than 8%. Along with anticipated increases in Average Room Rate (ARR) and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), the business hopes to achieve a minimum 10% revenue growth in 2025 with favorable market dynamics.

Every expansion project at Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts is motivated by our dedication to creating unforgettable experiences. Our goal is to enhance guest experiences by offering carefully chosen stays in unusual locations as we enter 2025 with six new properties, stated Shikhar Kumar, Managing Director of Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts.

With more than 500 rooms spread across 16 properties in 11 cities and six states, the organization is now expanding and will add about 400 additional keys. With the first luxury hotel anticipated to open by the end of the 2025–2026 fiscal year, the brand, which has historically concentrated on the mid-market segment, is now branching out into the upmarket market.

With regular staff training, audits, and quality checks guaranteeing high client satisfaction, service excellence continues to be at the heart of the brand. With properties built to meet these needs, the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and wedding sectors have become important growth drivers. Notably, MICE and wedding clients account for 75% of business at Stone Wood Premier's Aralea Beach Resort.
