Real Estate sector sometimes acts volatile or sometimes hurriedly runs in a very profitable manner. Mumbai real estate market has always showed an upward graph as it is called the Bollywood city. Once again the market report proved that how Bollywood has contributed in the sector in recent times.
According to a report released by leading real estate consultancy firm Knight Frank, Mumbai now ranks 4th globally after Manila, Dubai and Shanghai in the price rise of Luxury homes and residential properties. The four most sought after addresses in Mumbai are Bandra Bandstand, Carter Road, Pali Hill and Mount Mary. All the properties mandatorily offer amenities like swimming pool, gardens, play areas, huge parking spaces, gyms and community halls. The rent of such properties varies between lakhs to several crores depending on the location, amenities and builders.
As per the recent news, Amitabh Bachchan has gifted ‘Prateeksha’, his bungalow in Mumbai, to his daughter, Shweta Nanda, whose document is accessed by Zapkey.com. The property is located on two plots of sizes 890.47 sq mt and 674 sq mt in Juhu, Mumbai. The gift deed documents showed that the stamp duty of Rs. 50.65 lakh was paid for the transaction. Earlier this year, Amitabh Bachchan had bought four units located on the 21st floor in a commercial complex in Andheri, Mumbai, for Rs. 7.18 crore each, and offered them on rent to earn the better annual rental yield.
