A prominent Bollywood playback singer, director and dubbing artist, Sonu Nigam’s dad has purchased a property in Mumbai for Rs. 12 crore, records got to by Zapkey showed.
Sonu Nigam’s dad, Agam Kumar Nigam, has bought a 2022.88 sq ft developed property in Andheri West, Mumbai, and paid a stamp duty charge of Rs. 72 lakh on the purchase, the reports showed The property was enlisted on April 18, 2024.
The dealer for this sale is Earth worth Constructions Private ltd, the records showed.
An inquiry on this home purchase has been send to Sonu Nigam’s office.
In April last year, Sonu Nigam had bought two commercial properties spread across an area of 5547 sq ft in Andheri for Rs. 11.37 crore, reports shared by Propstack had shown before.
As of late, Bollywood power couple Shahid Kapoor and his spouse Mira Kapoor have bought a luxury ocean view apartment worth around Rs. 60 crore in Oberoi 360 West project in Worli area of Mumbai.
Also, last year Bollywood Diva Priyanka Chopra sold her two penthouses which hold measuring of 2,292 square feet (sq ft) for Rs. 6 crore in the Andheri area of Mumbai. These two penthouses are located in the Lokhandwala Complex in Oshiwara, Andheri, and Mumbai. The first penthouse located on the higher floor, measuring around 860 sq ft, was sold for Rs. 2.25 crore. The second penthouse, measuring 1,432 sq ft, was sold for Rs. 3.75 crore.
