Bollywood Actor Maniesh Paul leases Office Space for Rs. 2 Lakh/month in Mumbai

The 1,200 square foot property owned by Manish Paul is a part of the completed commercial development Morya Grand, located in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Bollywood actor and TV host Maniesh Paul has reportedly rented out his commercial space in Mumbai's bustling Andheri West for a monthly rent of Rs. 2 lakh, per registration documents Square Yards examined.

The thriving neighbourhood of Andheri West is home to well-known landmarks like Versova Beach, upscale dining establishments, and lifestyle destinations. With easy access to major hubs like Bandra, Juhu, and the domestic and international airports thanks to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai Metro Line 1, the area is well-connected.

The leased property, according to Square Yards, is 1,200 square feet (about 111.48 square meters) and is a part of Morya Grand, a commercial project that Nakta Investment Pvt Ltd developed and is ready to move into. It is situated on 0.69 acres.

According to Square Yards' review, the lease was registered in December 2024 and comes with an initial Rs. 8 lakh security deposit. With a monthly rent of Rs. 2 lakhs for the first 12 months and Rs. 2.14 lakh for the next 12 months, it has a tiered rental structure. For Rs. 2.25 crore, the office space was first acquired in September 2023.
