Bhutani Infra is developing 15 million sq ft in 4 Noida projects

Bhutani Infra, a real estate company, is undertaking the development of a 15 million sq ft area across four projects in Noida. Additionally, they are venturing beyond the National Capital Region (NCR) for the first time, with projects spanning Goa, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. According to Ashish Bhutani, the CEO and founder of Bhutani Infra, the four ongoing projects within NCR are located in Sector 128 (high-end residential), Sector 150 (mixed-use), Sector 104 (Cyberthum), and Sector 133 (shopping mall), totaling 15 million square feet of development.

The Cyberthum project is set to become the "tallest twin office towers in North India" and is anticipated to be completed by 2024, according to Bhutani. Their upcoming projects not only focus on creating commercial and residential spaces but also aim to establish distinctive, iconic structures that stand apart from others, he added.

The company has successfully completed 16 projects in Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad within the NCR and is now extending its presence to Tier II cities. Bhutani mentioned, "We have acquired land in Haridwar, Ludhiana, Sancoale (Goa), and Lucknow. These are the areas where we are expanding, in addition to the NCR, and these projects are slated to become operational by June next year". The real estate company aims to complete these projects by 2028. The project in Sancoale, Goa, is particularly notable, featuring independent villas and apartments in seven-story buildings, complete with 700 swimming pools, where each villa will have its private pool. This is a pioneering concept on a global scale. In Haridwar, the project encompasses luxury residential and shopping facilities near Har ki Paudi, while in Lucknow, the group is preparing for development along the Shaheed Path.
