Bengaluru-based realty giant Concorde purchases 4.5 acre land worth Rs.100 cr

Concorde, a real estate developer based in Bengaluru, has recently purchased a 4.5 acre plot of land in Thanisandra, a micro market located in North Bengaluru. The purpose of this acquisition is to develop a residential project that holds a promising revenue potential of Rs 400 crore. The transaction was completed at a cost of Rs.100 crore.

The planned residential project by Concorde is expected to offer a wide range of housing options, catering to diverse segments of the market. 

With a focus on delivering quality construction, innovative design, and modern amenities, Concorde aims to create a living experience that exceeds expectations and sets new benchmarks in the industry. 

The firm intends to construct a housing project on this plot of land, which is estimated to have a revenue potential of approximately Rs.400 crores. Thanisandra is situated near IT and business centers, as well as the Kempegowda International Airport, as stated by the company.

Anil R G, managing director, Concorde, said,"This project is part of our plan to expand our footprint in Bengaluru and to provide enhanced offerings to our clientele and will be ideal, both as an investment opportunity for good rental yield as well as for self-occupancy given its proximity to IT corridors of Manyata Tech Park and Whitefield.”

He further added,"Home automation continues to be a key priority for us as we enhance safety measures and work towards energy conservation."
