On Tuesday, August 27, co-working space provider Awfis Space Solutions Ltd announced a new partnership with Nyati Group to acquire an additional 300,000 square feet of Grade-A workspace.
This deal marks the largest expansion under their Managed Aggregation (MA) Model, significantly boosting Awfis's footprint in Pune.
With this addition, Awfis now boasts a total of 500,000 square feet of Grade-A flexible workspace in collaboration with Nyati Group, a prominent real estate developer in Pune. This partnership enhances their collaboration and drives growth and innovation within Pune's business environment.
Through this collaboration, Awfis will offer premium flexible workspaces within Nyati Group's prime commercial properties: Nyati Empress in Viman Nagar and Nyati Enthral in Kharadi. This partnership will contribute 167,206 square feet of highly desirable office space in these bustling business hubs.
