ANSR Intents to Establish 25 Global Capability Centres in India

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ANSR, Lalit Ahuja states that, “We are currently doing one every three weeks and looking at setting up one every two weeks next year. The large-scale GCCs are of companies with revenues of over $10 billion”.

In India, the global consulting and corporation firm ANSR forecasting to build up about 25 large scale GCCs (Global Capacity Centres) in next year.  The global capability centres would be mainly from non-tech sectors such as financial services and insurance (BFSI), airlines, retail, banking, consumer packaged goods, media and many other sectors under non-tech. At present, the company ANSR occupied in building up global capability centres and looking to set up one each two weeks in forthcoming year. Here the large scale global capability centres refers to incomes of over 10 billion.

There are massive amount of factors including price, talent and value creation are witnessing to impel the multinational companies to build up more global capability centres in India. And the segment is already set to expand momentum with innovative and creative products and technology solutions. ANSR undertaking over 110 centres and 1, 20,000 global capability centres workforce. Additionally, the amount of global capability centres is perched to grow to 1,900 employing opportunities by the year 2025 over two million people, in accordance with the recent report of Nasscom-Zinnov.
