Anant Raj' s New Luxury Housing Project 'The Estate Residences' is soon to be launched

Dedicated firm revolutionizing the luxury real estate industry for more than 5 decades, Anant Raj Limited will come up with a luxury group housing project spanning over 1 million square feet at Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, with targeted revenue of around Rs. 1,800 crore.

For this new luxury project, the company has already received RERA registration and named as ‘The Estate Residences’. The project will be prominent part of Anant Raj's existing 180-acre township in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road. The project will have a profitable area spread over one million square feet as well as a 40,000 sqft club.

The occupants of ‘The Estate Residences’ can enjoy the transport connectivity from both a 60-meter-wide road & a fully operational 24-meter-wide highway road.

Commenting to this launch, Aman Sarin, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Anant Raj Limited says, “This is our pinnacle luxury group housing amongst the multiple group housing projects planned in the next 18 months”.

In the past, the realty firm Anant Raj had launched ‘Ashok Estate’ in the same surrounding area, with 80-90 percent of units which are sold off within 15 months of launch. More than 200 families already exist in Anant Raj Estate, Sector-63A, Gurugram, and in addition to that 1,000-1,100 units are under construction at present.
