After high-speed 60 kilometers chase, Delhi Police catches the Realty firm's CEO

The Director & CEO of Parsvnath Landmark Developers, a subsidiary of Sanjeev Jain Parsvnath Developers was arrested on Sunday. He was arrested after a 60 kilometer chase, stated Delhi police. Against Jain, a non-bailable warrant was released for not appearing for the Consumer Commission on July 18.

The police department informed that they had gotten information that Sanjeev Jain was trying to escape from India. According to the information, the police department set a trap and began chsing the Parsvnath Landmark Developer’s CEO.

A cat & rat game persisted between Delhi Police and Sanjeev Jain for more than 60 kilometers. Regardless police chasing him, Sanjeev managed to reach the Airport in order to escape from place. Though the police arrested him. 

After catching up him, the police presented Sanjeev Jain before the National Consumer Disputes Redressel Commission.

Surendra Chaudhary, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shahdara stated that a complaint was registered in the Consumer commission in the year 2017 against the Managing Director of Parsvanath Developers Private Limited, Sanjeev Kumar Jain.

As per the police information, there are four non-bailable warrants & one bailable warrant were pending which was issued by the National Commission in Shahdara police station. In accordance with all these warrants, a special task force was also trying to catch him.

The police department acknowledged that Sanjeev Jain was staying in DLF Phase 2 in Gurugram, Haryana. When the cops reached the spot, somehow Sanjeev Jain escaped from the spot. Then the polics chased and caught him after ran back him for more than 60 kilometers.
