Adani's Realty Drive in Mumbai - Set to compete with Jio Convention Centre

The Adani Group's real estate division, Adani Realty, is about to start construction on six to eight million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail space in Mumbai.

This includes a 25,000-seat convention hall near the future Navi Mumbai airport, scheduled to compete Mukesh Ambani’s Jio World convention centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

The convention center and the adjacent complexes will include approximately 3-3.5 million square feet of retail, corporate, and hospitality space. It has strong connections and is well situated close to the Navi Mumbai airport.

Adani Realty proposes a mixed-use complex with 4.5 million square feet of area and earlier this year obtained a 24-acre reclamation redevelopment project close to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

The remaining space will be used for business, with about 3.5 million square feet going toward residential use. This project complies with the Development Control and Promotion Regulation 2034 and the tender.

Following the cement company's R&D unit, Adani Realty is also working on the ACC campus redevelopment in Thane, which calls for the construction of six residential towers on 18 acres. In places like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, and Odisha, it can be found in residential, commercial, and retail constructions.

Adani Realty's real estate portfolio is expanding quickly; since its founding 12 years ago, it has developed 24 million square feet of space and has another 61 million square feet under development.

Recently, Adani Realty, a leader in bringing cutting-edge technology to India’s real estate market, has introduced a revolutionary initiative that would use Meta technology to completely transform the sector. This ground-breaking structure is a giant step forward for Adani Realty and has the potential to revolutionize the Indian realty industry.
