Abhinandan Lodha Group plans to Set up Five Luxury Hotels

India’s leading & best builder that develops plotted developments in the country, Abhinandan Lodha Group plans to invest over Rs. 2,000 crore to build five luxury hotels across heritage and cultural cities of India along with its hospitality partners. Those heritage and cultural cities includes Ayodhya, Varanasi, Vrindavan, Shimla, and Amritsar.

Abhinandan Lodha Group and Brookfield Group-owned the Leela Palaces, Luxury Hotels & Resorts holds hands to develop new modern palace hotel in Ayodhya near the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple which will be launched this month.

The property will be extending more than five-acre land parcel on the banks of the Sarayu River and will be developed along the Indian culture theme, while the other hotels in the Abhinandan Lodha Group’s portfolio will also add in the same perception.

The luxurious 100-key hotel in Ayodhya is expected to involve investment of more than Rs. 450 crore and is expected to be fully equipped by March 2028. Remaining four hotels in the planned portfolio are also anticipated to see infusion of similar investment size. As per the terms of partnership, the luxury hospitality brand will not only be involved in the design and development of the property, but also will be a joint owner of the Ayodhya hotel.  

The HoABL (House of Abhinandan Lodha) had stated its plans to spend over Rs. 11,000 crore to obtain and develop land parcels across the nation over the next three to four years, involving  plotted developments and land investments.  In the same way, Headquartered in Mumbai, the Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has twelve properties functional in major cities and leisure destinations across India.
