"Point to be Noted Official Agents" Training & Certification is Must!, instructs UP-RERA

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has announced a significant directive mandating that all real estate agents in Noida register with the authority.

This initiative is designed to improve professionalism and accountability within the real estate industry, with strict penalties for non-compliance, including the potential revocation of property dealing privileges.

To raise industry standards, UP-RERA now requires all Noida real estate agents to register and complete a three-day training course within a year.

Currently, around 7,000 agents are registered. Unregistered or untrained agents may face penalties, including possible license revocation.

UP-RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhusreddy emphasized the significance of these regulations for Noida real estate agents and stated,"This mandatory registration and training will ensure that our real estate agents are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively and ethically. It’s a crucial step in preventing individuals with questionable backgrounds from entering the profession."

UP-RERA's new directive mandates that all Noida real estate agents take immediate action. They must complete a mandatory three-day training course within a year for registration renewal. This measure aims to address issues of unprofessional conduct and inadequate qualifications among agents in the Noida real estate market.

To meet the new regulations, Noida real estate agents must register for training through the UP-RERA website. Completing this mandatory training is essential to maintain their registration and continue conducting property transactions in Noida and throughout Uttar Pradesh.

Noida real estate agents must sign up for training via the UP-RERA website to comply with new regulations. Completing this training is required to keep their registration and continue property transactions in Noida and Uttar Pradesh.

UP-RERA has clearly stated that it will take regulatory action against Noida real estate agents who do not comply with the new guidelines. The authority will carry out regular checks and audits to ensure all agents in Noida and across Uttar Pradesh follow the new regulations.
