Godrej Properties Ltd, one of the most real estate developer based in Mumbai sold residential homes worth Rs. 3,000 crore within three days at the launch of the project "Godrej Zenith", the company said in an exchange filing.
By now, "Godrej Zenith", has become a most successful launch ever of the company in terms of both value & volume.
Godrej Properties sold nearly 1,050 homes spanning over 2 million square feet of area in the project.
On behalf of the financial year 2024 for second time in Gurugram & the fourth time in all over India, Godrej Properties have reported a launch sales more than Rs. 2000 crore.
As of now, "Godrej Zenith" has become a largest real estate project of Godrej Properties in Gurugram. Godrej Properties recorded a 473 percent increase in sale for the financial year 2024 in sales of the market in Gurugram & already it has a powerful project pipeline for the financial year 2025.
Previous week, Godrej Properties have sold its Mumbai project Godrej Reserve for inventory worth more than Rs. 2690 crore. In the midst of other two occurrences of Godrej Properties reporting sale more than Rs. 2,000 crore including the project in Gurugram "Godrej Aristocrat" in which it recorded a sales more than Rs. 2,875 crore & "Godrej Tropical Isle”, a Noida project, where the sales were more than Rs. 2,000 crore.
