His family background of the real estate sector also inspired him to start off with the company. “Initially, I was taking up projects as a freelancer and only after the successful execution of 17- 20 projects, I started 12 Square Interiors and started taking contracts under this brand name”, he says.

Looking Ahead
The company has had quite a successful journey since its inception and it has gained a lot of customer confidence and trust. Looking ahead, Sumit wants to expand the number of services and hire a skilled workforce for all future projects. “I also want to have my presence in the major metro cities in the coming years”, he concludes.
