The VOX India brand, a well-known name in the building materials industry, recently partnered with Wankhede Stadium to upgrade the ceiling structures of the iconic stadium using its flagship product, the Soffit ceiling. To be ready for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, this project was started a few months ago and finished just in time. An architectural firm working on the Wankhede Stadium renovation, Shashi Prabhu & Associates, visited VOX India's booth at the FOAID Exhibition in Mumbai earlier this year. After an evaluation of their innovative interior decor solutions and on the strength of the company's previous contributions to the renovation of Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium, VOX was awarded the contract to renovate the ceiling structures of the Pavillion, VIP areas, and Players sections of the Wankhede Stadium. The Wankhede Stadium has witnessed some of the most memorable moments in cricketing history.
The VOX team of skilled designers and craftsmen collaborated closely with the architects to provide a truly exceptional ceiling design solution because they were aware of the space's enormous significance and sense of national pride.
