Mellissa's Design & Decor Studio unveils plush high-rise PARAMOUNT HEIGHTS in Vasai

Mellissa’s Design & Decor Studio is a small upcoming architecture and interior design firm founded by Ar. Mellissa (Pereira) Coutinho located in a small town of Vasai. With a decade of practice in the industry, our studio specializes in creating innovative, sustainable designs that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.

I am happy to share our recently completed project the PARAMOUNT HEIGHTS, a 1700 sq ft-home nestled in the plush, upcoming HIGH RISE neighbourhood of VASAI. Splashes of pastel palette complemented with the natural wooden finishes in shades of browns and rustic  bring a sense of much-needed calm to the hectic lives of homeowners. 

Designed for a single mom who needs to find tranquillity and balance in every aspect of her life. With her 5 year old son.  The interiors are thoughtfully curated with a minimalist approach, focusing on clean lines, ample natural light, and a neutral colour palette to create a living space that exudes sophistication.

It's hard to choose but one of our favourite elements, The bedrooms are planned with a minimal design approach making them look spacious, simple and happy as per the clients brief. every detail is meticulously designed to enhance a living experience which the design brief spoke of. 

Another important space is the balconies of this apartment which provides a stunning vantage point to admire the beauty of the surrounding neighbourhood with perfect relaxation points to include with a sip of coffee or to have a perfect drink when the sun sets down.
