PM Modi to attend investor's meet in Gujarat for Renewable Energy

Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a warm welcome at Ahmedabad Airport on Sunday evening as he arrived in his home state to attend the Global Renewable Energy Investor's Meet and inaugurate several development projects.

Posting on his social media account, Modi wrote on X, "After memorable events in Jharkhand, I arrived in Ahmedabad a short while ago. I will be attending various programs in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad on September 16.”

"In the morning, I will interact with beneficiaries of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, followed by participation in the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investor's Meet and Expo at Mahatma Mandir," the PM posted. 

 

"In the afternoon, I will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for a series of development projects worth over Rs 8,000 crore, spanning sectors such as energy, roads, housing, and more," the post further read.

Earlier in the day, Modi arrived in Ranchi, Jharkhand, to hold a rally as part of his three-day visit to Jharkhand, Gujarat, and Odisha.
