Perfect Collaboration of Sustainability and resilience in Architecture By UN-Studio

One of the famous Architecture studios of Amsterdam UN Studio has chalked a masterplan for the trending Smart-city project in Bangalore is named Karle Town City. The project will be wrapped in lush greeneries and will be located besidethe commercial complex Manyata Tech Parkby Embassy. The whole buildings have designed thinking about the residential complex for the employees covered with cooling white paint gives it a contemporary urban touch. Currently this project is being built beside Nagavara Lake. The three pillars of the architecture are Garden, health and culture.

The main motto of this project is to create a robust connection with the raw and unfiltered nature without harming their work life. The green environment is such perfectly used in the architecture that it blends very well for the resident’s well-being.

Keeping in mind the congested roads of Bangalore the city was designed such a way that the roads from the city will directly end in certain drop off points which will reduce road congestion and save them from traffic noise ensuring more air conditioning and cancelling the heat traps. Other than roads and buildings the whole area is under green filed environment with parks and gardens.

There will be shops and market places, besides, the city will have a theatre at its center, Amphitheatre style staircases, retail areas, plazas. This plan is a perfect example setter for urban microcosm and successfully transfigured the Silicon Valley of India into the Garden city of 21^st century. The technology used was designed by tech company UN Sense. The distinctive features are lakefrontpromenades, offering avenue vegetation and green vegetative sky gardens. This architectural work is taking care of by BALJON Landscape Architects, UNStudio.

This whole project will be constructed with an aim to provide a healthy and pollution free life to the dwellers and workers. The cutting-edge technology was used in creating a masterpiece with the highest use of natural resources like daylight and wind energy, water conservation was also taken care of. After the completion India will have its first of its kind smart and green city.
