'Wonder Cement' wins the Title Sponsorship rights for India - Sri Lanka series

Wonder Cement, one of the most prominent cement manufacturers in India, has announced that it will serve as the title sponsor for India’s tour of Sri Lanka, which will begin on July 27, 2024. After winning the historic T20 World Cup last month, India will be touring the Island nation. Wonder Cement also announced earlier this year that it would be partnering with the Indian Premier League as an Official Umpire as part of its strategy to increase the brand’s visibility through associating with sporting.

Founded in 2010, under the RK Group umbrella, Wonder Cement will be hoping to construct brand mindfulness and review through numerous enactments during the series and engage in with cricket viewers, a portion of these incorporate initiations during the National Anthem of praise before beginning of play, during the Batter’s entrance to the battleground as well as CSR exercises arranged around the series.

The T20Is of the series will be played on July 27 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, and the ODIs will be played on August 2 at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

Both teams will play in the series for the first time under their new coaches, Sanath Jayasuriya for Sri Lanka and Gautam Gambhir for India.
