Concept Note: Atelier V - A Culinary Journey Through Space

Atelier V, a culinary haven in Indore, is more than just a restaurant; it's a journey through Chef Vedant Newatia's rich culinary experiences. The interior design of this space was crafted to reflect the chef's global travels and the profound impact they've had on his culinary philosophy. Our design brief was to create a versatile space that accommodated various functions while also serving as a visual narrative of the chef's journey.

Concept :

The walls of Atelier V are adorned with large-scale artworks depicting cities that have significantly shaped Chef Vedant's culinary evolution. These artistic expressions serve as a visual testament to his global adventures and the diverse influences that have informed his cuisine. 

To further emphasize the importance of human connection in his culinary journey, a central wall features a playful reinterpretation of Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper," showcasing the chef's mentors and friends who have played a pivotal role in his success.

The interior design of Atelier V is characterized by a subtle and soothing ambiance that complements the culinary experience. The use of soft lighting, natural materials, and a minimalist color palette creates a calming and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's layout, featuring a central bar that divides the space into distinct dining areas, fosters a sense of intimacy and encourages social interaction.

Atelier V offers a unique and memorable dining experience that begins even before guests enter the restaurant. A cozy green garden serves as the welcome area, providing a tranquil respite from the urban bustle.
