This February 14th, Tresind invites couples to embark on a sensory journey where gastronomy meets melody in an exclusive Valentine's Day celebration. The evening promises an enchanting 10-course dining experience, enhanced by live violin performances, creating an atmosphere of timeless romance.

The Valentine’s special menu weaves together contemporary techniques with Indian flavors, featuring innovative creations such as the playful Pani Puri Semifreddo with guava and strawberry, and the indulgent Duck & Waffle with ghee roast and curry leaf honey.

Seafood lovers will delight in delicate Prawns & Asparagus paired with zeera aloo espuma, while the Crab Cafreal with ross omelette and xacuti curry offers a bold tribute to coastal flavors. Each course is designed to surprise and delight, including creative interpretations like the Khandvi Ice-cream with pickled papaya and chilli.

The highlight of the evening is our show-stopping dessert, "Palang Tod" – a masterpiece that captures the essence of romance in every bite. This warm, luxurious milk cake crumble marries the richness of toasted almonds with crunchy walnuts and sweet dates, all delicately spiced with cinnamon. It's a fitting finale to an evening of culinary artistry.

"Kiss from a Rose" translates Seal's passionate lyrics into a sophisticated blend of Bombay Sapphire, Lillet Blanc, and fresh berries
