Located at Mandhuvan Enclave, Delhi, the space was designed with a vision of making it a grand luxury home, with richness in every detail, and every corner speaking the language of grandeur and class. The narrative was to create a space that is disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers a true oasis of luxury, grandeur and comfort.  

Spread across an area of 2970 sq. ft., the design was planned in such a way that every room should have a distinctive feel. The design mood was curated very meticulously so that one room has a powerful feel, while another exudes a soothing vibe. 

In order to create elegant luxury, we put together select materials, finishes and colours to evoke a calming canvas for a play of lux touches. Textural textiles co-exist with gleaming surfaces, wall panelings and ceiling details to add depth. The interiors are modern and full of grand opulence based on the urban location of Delhi. 

We have added vertical cabinets, three shafts for all-day natural light, ceiling embellishments, designer glass, pendant light pieces, and a well-designed outdoor area on the balcony. The space planning is done in such a way that from one end of the drawing-room, you can see the other end of the bedroom clearly.

Materiality, not surprisingly, plays a large role in communicating luxury, expressed via a high-end selection and rich finishes. Unusual natural stones with extraordinary colours and graining, exotic hardwoods and veneers, pure leather, opulent velvets, high-gloss lacquers, silk carpets, and engraved and bevelled glass create layered, nuanced and eloquent compositions. But while the pursuit of luxury was an unwavering goal, it was achieved through a sensitive, pragmatic process.

The residence is highly bespoke in nature, with accurateattention to detail that goes hand in hand with shifts in material play that infuse a delightful dimension into the design scheme. Art plays its role in heightening the sense of luxury in this residence. A vibrant play of colours in the bedrooms and living area gives a sense of grandeur and luxury. The exclusively designed contemporary furniture, meticulously selected accessories and carefully curated art lend the home its distinguished look. 

With the vibrant and sophisticated look, the loungers and sofas in the lounge and living room impart a luxurious vibe to the space, while statement art pieces add an exotic touch.
