YEIDA has announced Greater Noida's group housing plot program

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced the Group Housing Plot Scheme and is accepting applications for six different categories of plots in Sector 22-D. In September, the procedure got underway. Plots' reserved prices (including PLC) have been set between Rs 61.50 crore and Rs 135.3 crore, and the registration fee is assessed between Rs 6.15 crore and Rs 13.53 crore. Being close to the International Film City, the Yamuna Expressway, the Medical Park, the Educational Hub, and the Buddha International Circuit, the 'Group Housing Plot Scheme' is noteworthy for giving developers an edge in the marketplace. Those who acquire land through this scheme will have access to various facilities and improved connectivity. Through their housing schemes, the people living in the buildings constructed on these plots will benefit from various facilities in the future, including a world-class project of its kind in India in the form of a Pod Transit System.

This development is poised to elevate the living standards of those in the Greater Noida area through world-class civic amenities and provide access to top-tier facilities. Furthermore, it is expected to enhance Uttar Pradesh's reputation and pave the way for developing similar world-class facilities in other cities. Applicants interested in taking plots in this project can submit their applications by October. The selection of successful applicants will be completed before November, while the selected applicants will have the opportunity to acquire land through an e-auction, which will take place on November 21. The data on vacant plots related to this scheme has been shared on the website of YEIDA. The information includes plot area, sector, per square meter allocation rate, and reserved price. There will be an allocation of land for a total of six types of plots in Sector 22-D of Greater Noida, and bidding worth crores for this will take place on November 21.

Under the new plotting scheme, applications have been invited to allocate plots ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 square meters. As per the scheme, plots between GH-01A-1 to GH-1C-2 in Sector 22-D have been designated for the Group Housing Scheme. The ICICI Bank has joined YEIDA in this venture as an exclusive banking partner and will carry out the banking operations related to the project. It is noteworthy that whether it is an auction of industrial plots or determination through the drawing process, the Yogi government has been ensuring the least human interference in order to maintain transparency. Applicants are being selected relatively and transparently by all Industrial Development Authorities, including YEIDA.
