YEIDA gains Rs.250 crore Revenue by selling two Housing Plots near Jewer Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority - Yeida has raised Rs.250 crore revenue by selling two group housing plots nearby the locality of Noida greenfield international airport in Jewar, reported authorities related with the advancement on Monday.

These group housing plots have been allotted through e-auction, Yeida authorities said, adding that in such a sale, the plot is offered to the person who puts the most noteworthy bid against the reserved price.

In the last 10 years, Yeida has allocated housing plots to 13 real estate professionals who are creating municipalities along Yamuna Expressway. After a break, Yeida is again thinking of plans for distributing group housing plots to take care of the interest for condos apartments to Noida airport.

 

According to the officials, YEIDA has provided a 40,000 sqaure metre plot for housing group apartments in the sector 22D and another housing plot evaluating 20,000 square metre in the similar sector.

Expressing his views on this, Arun Vir Singh, chief executive officer, Yeida, “We floated a scheme in June this year offering two plots for group housing to realtors interested in building housing projects along the Yamuna Expressway, near the greenfield airport project. Two realtors participated in the e-bidding process for each group housing plot. And the realtor who placed the highest bid got the plots in accordance with rules”.

Purvanchal Projects Private Limited placed the highest bid of ₹149.57 crore for the plot measuring 40,000 square metres and secured the rights to the plot. ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited placed the second highest bid of ₹142.45 crore. Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Limited placed the highest bid of Rs.96.86 crore for plot measuring 20,000 square metres while Arihant Buildcon Private Limited came second with a bid of ₹71.22 crore”, Singh added.
