Varun Dhawan & his Wife owns Luxury Home in Mumbai for Rs. 44 crore

The opulent apartment that Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dhawan bought is located in Mumbai's Juhu in the D'Decor under-construction project.

According to property registration documents viewed by IndexTap, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dhawan bought a Rs. 44.52 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area.

According to the documents, the apartment is situated on the seventh floor of the Juhu building D'Decor Twenty, which is currently under construction. The MahaRERA website states that May 31, 2025 is the project's estimated completion date.

The documents state that the apartment has four car parking spaces and 5,112 square feet of RERA carpet. The apartment that was registered on January 3rd costs more than Rs. 87,000 per square foot.

The building is being built by D'Decor Exports Private Limited, which also runs the D'Decor Home Furnishing brand.

According to property registration documents accessed by SquareYards, D'Decor Home Furnishing was recently in the news in November 2024 after Dipan Bhuptani, a Senior Executive at D'Decor Home Fabrics, rented out Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Kapoor's luxury apartment in the Worli area of Mumbai for Rs. 20 lahks per month for five years.

The 5,395 square foot apartment is part of the Three Sixty West development by Oberoi Realty. The documents state that it has three parking spots that are rented out.

Conversely, Varun Dhawan made headlines recently when Sunita Ahuja mentioned that Dhawan was being compared to Govinda, her husband. Sunita said in an interview with Hindi Rush that she doesn't know why the comparison is being made.
