Valor estate to launch 3-4 real estate projects catering dynamic segments in FY25

One of the prominent real estate firm Valor Estate which was formerly known as DB Realty is planning to launch three to four projects during the upcoming fiscal years. These projects include residential, commercial and hospitality projects across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The MD & chairman of the company Vinod Goenka declared that they are focusing on 1BHK to 4 BHK apartments in the price range of Rs.1 to Rs.5 crore.

Goenka stated that despite recent obstacles, the Mumbai real estate market has demonstrated resilience. Although there was a minor decrease in demand for luxury properties, mid-segment and affordable housing sectors are experiencing strong growth. "Our developments can be found in some of Mumbai's most desirable areas like South Mumbai, Central Mumbai and its suburbs," 

Furthermore, he added that partnership agreements with reputable developers would bolster their future plans set for FY25.

The company has recently joined hands with L&T Realty for a project in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha, had also recently announced that it was exploring an association with the company for a project in Mumbai.

The company has also collaborated with vital players of real estate like Bengaluru Prestige Estates, Rustomjee Group and Godrej Properties in the past. They are planning to unveil housing projects across all three segments, including luxury, mid segment and affordable.

Goenka announced, “In FY25, their upcoming launches would have diverse configurations catering to different market preferences. We predict a surge in demand for 2-3 BHK apartments as they are perfect living spaces for nuclear families and young professionals alike. Moreover, we shall offer 1 BHK units designed especially for first-time buyers while also providing spacious 4 BHK flats suitable either for larger families or investors looking out for premium options."

The company informed that the housing projects will be launched in FY25 and it will cater customer of all the segments of society. Goenka further gave insights adding that, the price range will be Rs.1crore to Rs.5 crore. This variable range will help them to attract a wide spectrum of buyers while maintaining their commitment to quality and value.

Valor Estate which was rebranded as DB Realty was established in 2007. It has amassed a vast portfolio encompassing more than 100 million sq. ft of premier properties spanning across 35 projects. Concentrated largely around Mumbai, the majority of these undertakings are presently undergoing diverse stages of planning and construction.
