Top Realtor Signature Global invests Rs. 4, 000 crore for 2-Housing Projects

According to its chairman, Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, the real estate company Signature Global intends to invest over ₹4,000 crore to build two new home developments in Gurugram as part of its expansion strategy.

He stated in a PTI interview that the company intends to open more than 40 lakh square feet of space in two upscale home developments in Gurugram within the upcoming quarter.

While acknowledging that the craze of the past several years has somewhat diminished, he pointed out that the demand for residential properties, particularly for large, well-known players, is still high.

When asked how much the two new housing projects would cost overall, he estimated that it would be roughly Rs. 4,000 crore, which would include land, building, and other expenses.

In terms of operations, Signature Global sold properties for Rs. 8,670 crore between April and December of this fiscal year, which is a significant increase from Rs. 3,120 crore during the same period last year.

"We will be focusing on the Rs. 2-5 crore price bracket, where we are seeing huge demand but limited supply," Aggarwal said
