For Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS Ltd., Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS Ltd., Sheetal Shreepal CHS Ltd., and Sai Shreepal CHS Ltd., Arkade Developers Limited has registered the development agreement (DA) and obtained the cluster redevelopment rights. The project, which is 7,084 square meters in size and is close to Mahavir Nagar, is expected to provide a saleable carpet area of about 2.44 lakh square feet.
With an anticipated top line of Rs. 865 crores, the development represents a substantial addition to Arkade's expanding portfolio in the western suburbs.
The cluster redevelopment project, which is located in one of Mumbai's well-connected residential zones, is a reflection of the city's growing momentum for significant, neighborhood-focused changes.
