In accordance with the documents accessed by real estate database platform, Zapkey, Yashasvi Jaiswal, an Indian International cricketer has purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 5.38 crore in the Ten BKC project, Bandra East.
The apartment obtained with a size of 1,110 square feet and the total transaction for this flat which is under construction process was recorded on January 7th, 2024 by Jaiswal.
The project purchased by Yashasvi Jaiswal holds an unstable history with the original developer Radius Estates and having collapsed records.
Thereafter, Adani Realty acquired the yet-to-be-constructed project and brokers say the completion and handover of apartments is likely to happen this year. Afterward, Adani Realty obtained the under construction project & dealers denotes the finishing point and handover of the apartments is probably to come about this year.
Previously, the location Bandra East area was not preferred for residential apartments at one time, but now the area has evidenced with spectacular acceptance, also it has presence of prominent gated community projects.
