Sussanne Khan Rents an Apartment for Rs. 2.37 lakh/month in Mumbai

According to property registration records obtained by Square Yards, interior designer and businesswoman Sussanne Khan has hired a ready-to-move-in apartment in Mumbai's Jogeshwari West neighborhood for Rs.2.37 lakh per month.

The flat is situated in the residential development of Agarwal Ind Estate, which is prepared for occupancy. According to Square Yards, the rented space is 2,329 square feet.

According to the records that Square Yards was able to uncover, a total of Rs. 13,500 in stamp duty and Rs. 1,000 in registration fees were paid for the transaction that was recorded on December 23, 2024. 

A well-known personality in the design industry, Sussanne Khan is renowned for her creative interior design and taste.

Sussanne Khan, the founder of The Charcoal Project, has made a reputation for herself in the premium interior design industry, with a clientele that spans the globe.

According to HT.com, Sussanne Khan, who divorced Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan in November 2014, made headlines in March 2015 after allegedly paying Rs.16 crore for a penthouse in Pune, which is close to Mumbai.

The penthouse may be seen in Pune's Trump Towers in Kalyani Nagar. According to the article, Khan made the acquisition only as an investment.
